AI consulting in Toronto

AI consultant for Toronto businesses.

CGX helps small to large companies in Toronto and across the GTA choose, set up and roll out AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, then trains their teams to use them. On site in Toronto or remote, with Ontario's rules and funding built into the plan.

What we do

AI services for Toronto companies.

  • AI Readiness Assessment. Two weeks: a map of how work moves through your teams, a shortlist of the AI tools that fit, a data and policy check, and a roadmap. From $2,500.
  • AI Onboarding Sprint. Four weeks: the assessment, then tool set-up, reusable prompts and templates, hands-on training and a 30-day check-in. From $9,500.
  • Team AI training. Hands-on workshops built around each team's real tasks, at your office in Toronto or online.
  • Creative and marketing. CGX is also a creative marketing agency, the sister company of codegreenx, for brand, campaigns, websites, social and video.

Ontario specifics

What Toronto businesses need to know about AI.

AI in job postings

Since January 1, 2026, Ontario employers with 25 or more employees must say in publicly advertised job postings whether they use AI to screen, assess or select applicants (Osler). If your HR team uses AI tools in hiring, that belongs in your AI policy.

Privacy

Canada's privacy regulators have published principles for generative AI, and existing privacy law still applies when staff put personal information into AI tools. We set rules for what can and can't go in.

Where your data is stored

Not every AI tool can keep data in Canada. ChatGPT Enterprise can, for eligible new workspaces. Our AI tools comparison covers each vendor's options.

Funding

Larger AI adoption projects in southern Ontario may qualify for repayable, interest-free funding through FedDev Ontario's Regional Artificial Intelligence Initiative. See our Ontario AI funding guide for who qualifies and the deadlines.

How we work

On site in Toronto, or remote.

We map how your teams actually work, in sales, operations, marketing and finance, then match each workstream with the AI tools that fit. We set them up, connect them to what you already use, and train people in small groups at their own desks. Discovery and training can happen at your office in Toronto or the GTA, or online.

We work with companies on Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and with teams who want a stand-alone assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. You buy licences directly from the vendor.
