AI training
AI training for employees and teams.
Hands-on AI workshops built around the tasks your team actually does and the tools it already has: Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. On site or online, for small to large companies across the US and Canada.
Most AI training teaches the tool. Ours teaches the job.
Generic demos show what a tool can do. Then people go back to their desks and don't know where to start.
CGX workshops start from each team's own work. We pick the tasks that take the most time, show how AI helps with each one, and have people practise on their real work before they leave.
Formats
Three ways to train your team.
Start with one team, or roll out across the company.
Team AI Workshop
A hands-on half day for one team, on the tools they have or are about to get, built around their real tasks.
Training inside the AI Onboarding Sprint
Four weeks: we map the work, set up the right tools, then train people in small groups, team by team.
Refresher training on retainer
Ongoing training as tools change, new features land and new people join.
What it covers
What a workshop covers.
- How the tool works, what it's good at, and what it can't do
- Safe use: what company and client data can go in, and what can't
- Prompts for the team's most time-consuming tasks
- Reusable templates and a prompt library the team keeps
- Practice on real work, with help on the spot
- A short summary of what to use AI for, and what to keep out of it

Questions
AI training, answered.
How much does AI training for employees cost?
It depends on the format, how many people take part and which tools we cover. Reach out for pricing and we'll send a quote after a 30-minute discovery call.
Do you cover ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Gemini?
Yes. We train teams on Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, Claude Team or Enterprise, and Gemini in Google Workspace, using whichever tools your team has or is about to get.
Can you tailor training by department?
Yes. Every workshop is built around one team's real tasks, so marketing, sales, operations, HR and finance each practise on their own work.
Is training online or in person?
Either. We run workshops on site, including in Toronto and New York, or online for teams anywhere in the US and Canada.
What prior knowledge do people need?
None. We start with how the tool works and what it can't do, then move to practice on real tasks, so beginners and regular users both get something out of it.
What do people keep after the workshop?
A prompt library and templates for the tasks covered, plus a short summary of what to use the tool for and what to keep out of it.
Do you offer AI literacy training?
Yes. Every workshop covers the basics: what generative AI is good and bad at, how to check its output, and what company data should never go into it.
Train one team first.
A 30-minute discovery call. Tell us which team and which tools, and we'll shape the workshop around their work.
